Little Santi Designs Returns Policy
At Little Santi Designs, we understand the sensitivity of our products and the emotions attached to them. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that your experience with our rings is as compassionate and supportive as possible. Here's our Returns Policy to assist you:
1. Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason.
- To be eligible for a return, the ring must be in its original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process:

3. Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
- Shipping costs for the return will not be refunded.
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
4. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item as per our policy and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your ring arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@littlesantidesigns.co.uk
6. Cancellations:
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation.
7. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
