At Little Santi Designs, we extend our heartfelt commitment to delivering a compassionate experience along with our meaningful rings. Here’s what you need to know:

Shipping

1. We are a small business and aim to dispatch orders no later that 5 days after purchase. 

2. UK Standard Delivery: Enjoy FREE shipping on all UK orders over £60. Your delivery will generally arrive 2-4 working days after dispatch through Royal Mail however please note this timeframe is not always guaranteed.

3. International Shipping: All international orders will be dispatched using either International Royal Mail delivery or UPS Courier, reaching you within 1-2 weeks.

VAT will be added at the point of checkout.

International Orders Information

For our customers outside the UK, please be aware that customs policies, import duties and taxes vary by country.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional charges, including import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are outside the control of Little Santi Designs.

If these charges remain unpaid, the courier may refuse delivery, return the parcel to us, dispose of the parcel or otherwise deal with it in accordance with their own policies and the regulations of the destination country. Refusing a shipment does not guarantee that it will be returned to Little Santi Designs.

If a parcel is returned to us, any costs incurred as a result of the return, including return shipping charges, duties, taxes or other carrier fees, will be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Refunds cannot be processed until the parcel has been successfully returned to and received by Little Santi Designs. If the parcel is not returned by the carrier, Little Santi Designs cannot issue a refund for goods that have not been recovered.
