At Little Santi Designs, we extend our heartfelt commitment to delivering a compassionate experience along with our meaningful rings. Here’s what you need to know:

Shipping

1. We are a small business and aim to dispatch orders no later that 5 days after purchase. 

2. UK Standard Delivery: Enjoy FREE shipping on all UK orders over £60. Your delivery will generally arrive 2-4 working days after dispatch through Royal Mail however please note this timeframe is not always guaranteed.

3. International Shipping: All international orders will be dispatched using either International Royal Mail delivery or UPS Courier, reaching you within 1-2 weeks.

VAT will be added at the point of checkout.

International Orders Information 

For our customers outside the UK, please be aware of varying customs policies and import duties for international orders.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subjected to additional charges such as import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, remain the sole responsibility of the customer. If these charges remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, any resulting fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
